Act 3 Walkthrough

Act 3 is Sovereign Tower’s endgame pressure cooker: Round Table cap 10, Avalon dragon politics, Enberg murder fallout, Basalt succession, and item chases like the Golden Key. Wild Wits expects you to arrive with Demon literacy, kitchen discipline, and the humility to admit you still cannot recruit everyone. Full release date: August 6, 2026.

Recruit gates worth planning

Victoria (Enberg)

Welcome her, invite at the first-audience fork, clear every trial, accept at completion — full steps on How to Get Victoria. She breaks stat charts; leave a seat.

Edith (Avalon / Moonvale)

In Countess Medea’s first Moonvale audience, ask about a local knight who knows dragons and spells. Map Room fallback ~25 funds if the ask is missed. Full route: How to Get Edith.

Ari (Basalt Isles)

During the succession dispute between Rorik and Gotfrig, speak with merchant guilds. They refuse, then tip you toward younger brother Ari — Map Room hire ~25 funds. Full route: How to Get Ari.

Epicrate (Brimwood)

Resolve the multi-stage Congregation line (testimony branch, serpent-knight finale). Win the trial or break him out — do not send Tarcus on the breakout. Full route: How to Get Epicrate.

Gothild (Mana Strala)

High-Wits Suspect Interrogations implicating Victoria, or NG+ ambush routes — How to Get Gothild. Your Victoria decision affects timing.

Rufus finale

If The Wolf still wears fur, Act 3 / late Groveshire curse removal with Belladonna can finish the human transformation — Get The Wolf.

Endgame projects

  1. Golden Key — ten-county Arlin route or Angelica’s no-death tea party (Golden Key).
  2. Love Is All — complete one romance without multi-romance annihilation (Romance).
  3. Faction peace — keep revolt events intentional if you still need Daguez.
  4. Achievement sweep — 75 Steam trophies overview on Achievements.
  5. Dragon / Avalon cards — Magic 14-style gates appear on community quest tables; bring Edith / Epicrate / Victoria.

Pacing tips after Patch 1.0.8

  • Spend the weaker-stat penalty relief wisely — still do not send Goberto to Wits 14 parties.
  • Cheaper forge repairs mean more aggressive trial attempts for Victoria.
  • Grest pirate +1 cycle helps, but Act 3 adds new timers; keep Emergency Quests bookmarked.
  • Overlevel score bonuses are stronger — park veterans on teaching cards when seats allow.

Suggested Act 3 order

  1. Audit seats — cut sentimental Act 1 passengers only by planning future NG+; you cannot fire them now.
  2. Secure Edith / Ari cheap Map Room hires if story beats already fired.
  3. Run Victoria’s trial week with kitchen buffs ready.
  4. Parallel Golden Key Method 1 if alliances are nearly complete; protect Method 2 purity if no deaths yet.
  5. Resolve Brimwood / Enberg leftovers.
  6. Enter ending audiences with Endings Guide open.

Tools to keep open

Act 3 is not about collecting twenty-three knights. It is about choosing ten names worth carrying into the Demon’s final question — and answering honestly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What is the Round Table seat cap in Act 3?

Ten knights. You still cannot dismiss anyone, so every Act 1–2 invite still occupies space.

Who should I recruit first in Act 3?

Victoria if you can spare trial focus; otherwise secure Edith and Ari Map Room hires when their audiences appear so you do not miss cheap gates.

When should I chase the Golden Key?

Once alliances near ten counties or you are approaching cycle 34 with zero deaths and Angelica still rostered.

What happens after Act 3?

Satisfaction / ending resolution, then the Demon’s New Game Plus offer — see Endings Guide and New Game Plus.
