Sovereign Tower Character Endings and Epilogue Slides
Who gets a unique goodbye after the Emperor ultimatum — and what changes each slide
The Cycle 45 finale in Sovereign Tower resolves the kingdom, then plays character epilogue slides for knights and servants still woven into your save. Wild Wits separates those slides from the main ending (War, Peace, Marriage, and the rest). Curve Games launched the solo RPG on August 6, 2026; mid-August community sheets now name which characters change with romance, which ending you picked, who evolved, and who died. This page is the wiki index for that epilogue layer.
Heavy spoilers. For the style-gated main finales, stay on Endings Guide. For affinity maths, use Romance, Cooking, and Knight Loyalty.
Main ending versus character slides
| Layer | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Main ending | How the Emperor ultimatum closes — gated by dominant Sovereign style |
| Character slides | What happened to individual knights/servants on this timeline |
| NG+ Demon prompt | Whether you start another reign — New Game Plus |
Completing Love Is All (finish one romance) does not auto-select the Audacious Marriage political ending. Romance can still rewrite goodbye text for the characters listed below.
Romance-changed slides
Community mid-August tables list romance-altered epilogues for:
- Gideon
- Gwendan
- Ursula
- Brunhilda
- Ligia
- Oliver
- Rowan
- Carina
- Belladonna
- Lady of the Tower
Practical rules:
- Court one target — multi-romance penalties can erase a slide you thought you earned.
- Keep them alive and seated through Cycle 45; dead knights stay dead without a Demon rewind.
- Feed favourite meals (Cooking) so resignation at −7 never deletes the goodbye.
- Align Sovereign Archetypes with their taste early — Kind Angelica routes die under Tyrannic spam.
Recruit gates still live on their own pages: Oliver, Brunhilda, Ligia, Reform Gwendan.
Ending-choice variants
Some slides also flip based on which main ending you took. Community notes highlight:
| Factor | Examples called out in sheets |
|---|---|
| Tyrannic / war-leaning closes | Angelica, Brunhilda, Childeric, Tarcus |
| Marriage close | Gwendan, Gideon, Brunhilda, Oliver |
| Surrender or defeat | Tarcus |
Exact dialogue is intentionally left in-game. Use this table to plan who must survive for the gallery you want, not to script lines.
Transformation and death variants
Evolutions change the face on the slide:
| Knight | Why the slide changes |
|---|---|
| Arron | Dragonheart or baby-dragon caretaker paths — Get Arron, Transformations |
| Dulahan | Appears after Goberto’s death path — Get Dulahan |
| Oliver | Route / evolution flags |
| Edith | Avalon / dragon-adjacent state |
| Gwendan | Reformed versus tragic branches |
| Ursula | Has a slide for having died at all |
| Alwena | Servant versus volunteer-knight texture |
If Ursula dies, expect a death-aware epilogue even when other romances succeed. Repair armor before sacrificial cards — forge repairs are cheaper after Patch 1.0.8, and Round Table repair sits on the assignment screen after Patch 1.0.9.
Who even appears
Only characters still tied to your Round Table / tower staff at the end receive knight ending slides. Seat caps are 6 / 8 / 10 by act and you cannot dismiss invites. Planning a twelve-person gallery is impossible on one save — use NG+ for alternate goodbyes.
Servant slides (Rowan, Carina, Belladonna, Lady of the Tower) lean on annex trust and story flags more than Kitchen snacks — Tower Servants.
Planning checklist before Cycle 45
- Lock the main ending style row you want (Endings Guide).
- Finish one romance for Love Is All (Achievements).
- Protect transformation states you care about (Arron heart, Wolf/Rufus, Reformed Gwendan).
- Avoid last-week Critical Failures on slide-critical knights.
- Leave the Demon satisfaction answer honest — another reign is how you collect the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Do character endings differ from the main Sovereign Tower ending?
Yes. The Emperor ultimatum picks the kingdom close; epilogue slides describe individual knights and servants on that timeline.
Which romances change epilogue slides?
Community sheets list Gideon, Gwendan, Ursula, Brunhilda, Ligia, Oliver, Rowan, Carina, Belladonna, and the Lady of the Tower.
Can I see every character ending in one save?
No. Seat caps and mutually exclusive routes block a full gallery. Use New Game Plus for alternate slides.
Does Ursula have a death ending slide?
Yes. Community notes call out a slide for Ursula having died at all — keep her repaired if you want the living romance goodbye.
