Gwendan of Villador is the Cycle 3 Wit specialist who joins Sovereign Tower without Map Room gold. Wild Wits wrote him as competence with a conscience: Scholar-friendly investigations, river research, and a personal debt arc that can unlock True Noble Soul if you let him leave to pay a collector instead of covering the bill yourself. He likes Wise sovereign tones. Favourite meals are Crêpe and Croque Monsieur. Romance is slide-changing at Act 3 — court him as a single target if you want that goodbye (Romance, Character Endings). Romance caution

Gwendan is a confirmed affinity target. Multi-romance penalties on Ursula (-20) and Gideon (-18) will erase his bar if you flirt across the table. Finish one route. Act 2’s traitor prefers your lowest affinity starter, but a courted Gwendan can still die if you skip Stop the Act 2 Murder.
