Sovereign Tower Yohav Assassination and Enberg
Lethal and diplomatic forks, Victoria trials, and the unfixed 1.0.9 warning
Yohav (Steam patch notes spell Yorhav) is the Enberg political murder that feeds Victoria’s trial chain and can free Gothild. Wild Wits left assassination-related bugs unfixed in Patch 1.0.9 (13 August 2026) and asked for more test time. Curve Games launched the full game on 6 August 2026. Treat this walkthrough as a fragile Act 3 route: keep spare saves, update the client, and do not speedrun on Sovereign Mode (Known Issues, Difficulty Tips).

What the flags are doing
Community quest dumps describe several Enberg cards that can set a yohav_dead (spelling varies) style flag and later open Victoria’s four trials:

Numbers are community snapshots, not developer spreadsheets. Overshoot with meals (+0.5), traits, and forge gear (Quest Scoring, Cooking). Patch 1.0.8 already softened weak-stat penalties; 1.0.9 did not bless these cards as stable.
Recommended order
- Update to 1.0.9 so Victoria trial answers map to the correct quest — the “lying” resignation bug is fixed even if Yorhav is not.
- Manual save before the first Enberg assassination audience.
- Decide the political prize: Victoria as closer, Gothild as bodyguard, or a rewind plan for both chairs.
- If you want a non-lethal flag, prep a Diplomacy party for Simulate Death (Wit/Luck, not Kind-hearted assassins).
- If you want the corpse and notes, send Assassination-tagged knights (Killer, Deadly Weapon) and keep Kind-hearted Angelica off the card.
- After the flag, welcome Victoria, invite her, and clear every trial — 1.0.9 restored response mapping (Get Victoria).
- High-Wits Suspect Interrogations that implicate Victoria still free Gothild on the investigation path (Get Gothild).
What 1.0.9 did and did not do
Did: stop Victoria’s answers attaching to the wrong trial so she leaves because you were “lying.” Did not: finish Yorhav assassination oddities. Official prose still asks testers to wait. If a card completes, a flag never sets, or an NPC vanishes from Enberg, stop. File a Steam report with your build number. Do not Demon-loop twenty times on your only slot (Time Rewind).
Turn omni-fast forward off for trial dialogue. The 1.0.9 default keeps it on and is how people skip the restored mapping (Controls).
Seat and style collisions
Act 3’s ten chairs still cannot hold every late name. Victoria’s stat monster and Gothild’s Bodyguard compete with Edith, Ari, Epicrate, and your Act 2 leftovers (Act 3, Recruit Knights). Investigation that paints Victoria as murderer can delay her trial hire. Leave two chairs or rewind once you understand the fork.
Assassination is Unethical. Faction optics with People and Nobles can sour the same week you need Peace or Surrender endings (Factions, Endings Guide). Simulate Death is the diplomatic mask if you still want the flag without a massacre headline.
Common failures
- Playing Enberg on a pre-1.0.9 client with the lying-trial bug and the Yorhav bug.
- Fast-forwarding trials after the mapping fix.
- No spare save when a flag fires early.
- Sending Angelica on Assassinate Yohav because she is “your best knight.”
- Expecting Gothild and Victoria without two empty seats.
