Sparky fills a chaotic companion niche: hunt-adjacent flavour, conversation comedy, and a roster identity that tells the court you refused a trophy kill. Do not expect Victoria-tier stat totals. Expect a unique seat that conflicts with Silgur’s Beaconsbury handshake on the same hunt card.

Kitchen sheets after unlock should be checked in-game; hunt-adjacent secrets sometimes inherit Angelica-adjacent snack culture. If the Kitchen UI lists Sparky, cook before resignation scares. If not, rely on liked quest types and party-wide success lifts (Knight Loyalty).

Step-by-step

1. Accept the Beast Hunt petition during Audience once Act 1 couriers report a roaming monster.
2. Confirm Angelica is healthy, fed, and not locked on a multi-day diplomacy card.
3. Assign Angelica specifically at the Round Table. Other knights usually produce kill or traces flavours.
4. At resolution, pick capture / communion / non-lethal wording — never execute.
5. Accept Sparky at the reward audience with a free Act 1 chair (cap six).

Use Quest Matcher if Angelica’s Agility / Luck line sits under the printed hunt check. Forge weapons and alchemy from Annexes close one-point gaps after Patch 1.0.8 scoring retunes.

Finish Sparky or Wolf first, then cook for romance. Ghost-tagged cards still punish her Fear of Ghosts — reassign those to Ursula or Gideon.

Keep a spare chair if you also want Chester from the goose chain. Act 1’s six seats fill faster than new sovereigns expect.
